Position Overview

The Domestic Sales Manager for Chemicals & APIS is responsible for leading and executing sales and marketing strategies within the domestic market. This role involves managing the sales, developing marketing campaigns, and ensuring the company’s chemical products meet market demands and achieve revenue goals


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy tailored to the domestic market to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Analyze domestic market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead and manage the domestic sales team, setting performance goals, providing coaching, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners within the domestic market.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales activities within the domestic market.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing strategies with product offerings and customer needs.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance reach and engagement with the target audience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key domestic customers, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. – Conduct regular business reviews with major accounts to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights into customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive activities.
  • Utilize market data to inform sales strategies, pricing models, and product positioning.
  • Develop and manage the domestic sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor expenditures and provide regular financial reports to senior management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in domestic sales and marketing within the chemicals industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities. – Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the domestic market and regulations.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically as required.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and flexible with a customer-focused approach.
